I am a watercolor artist based in St Petersburg, Florida. My work is deeply inspired by a lifelong connection to the sea. Raised along Florida’s Gulf Coast and later immersed in island life during a decade spent in the Florida Keys, the ocean has always been more than just a backdrop, it’s been a way of life. My days were filled with freediving, spearfishing, and quiet moments beneath the surface, experiences that continue to echo through each brushstroke.
After relocating to San Diego, I found my way back to art - and to myself. Watercolor became my medium, drawn to its fluidity, surrender, and its refusal to be controlled. Like the ocean, it moves with its own will. Within that, I found my muse in the vibrant fish I’ve long encountered in the wild.
My paintings celebrate the delicate beauty, resilience, and grace of marine life, serving as an invitation to look closer, to feel more, to protect what so often goes unseen. Through my art, I hope to deepen our connection to the ocean and, in doing so, remind others to pursue what sets their souls on fire - fearlessly, intentionally, and without apology.
